No lip sync yet. Characters do not mouth your words, so the shots cut on the lyric rather than performing it. If a talking-head performance video is the thing you want, this is not that yet.

MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC or FLAC, up to 100 MB. Paste your lyrics in as well if you have them: we align your typed words to the vocal instead of guessing at what was sung, and the cuts land noticeably tighter for it.
One shot per line
Every lyric line gets its own shot. Instrumental intros, solos and outros are subdivided on the track's own energy peaks, so a 40-second guitar break does not sit on one frame. Some shots are stills, some move, and you set the mix.

We transcribe the vocal and time-align it. Paste your own lyrics and we align those instead, which is always the better result.

Choose one of the 75 music video looks, or any of the other 900. Cast your characters and they keep the same face in every shot.

You see the shot list against the waveform. Lyric lines are the one place you can edit the words directly, because they are your words and the timing hangs off them.

Your song is the whole audio. Nothing is spoken over it, nothing is ducked under a voice, nothing loops to fill time.

Can I use someone else's song?
You have to tick a rights acknowledgement at upload, and we mean it. If it is not your recording, publishing the render to YouTube will draw a Content ID claim on the audio. Covers and remixes are your call and your risk, not ours to grant.

Do I have to type the lyrics in?
No, we will transcribe them. But sung vocals are genuinely hard to transcribe and pasting the words you already have gives visibly better cuts, because we are then aligning known text rather than guessing at it.

Will the video be all still images?
No. There is a dial for how many shots move rather than hold, and you set it. Motion shots cost more to render than stills, which is the whole reason it is a dial and not a switch.

Can I use my own face or my band?
Build a Character from your own reference images and cast it. There is a self-likeness consent step for exactly that case.

Is this a lyric video?
No, and it is worth being clear about it. This makes a shot for every line of your song. It does not letter the lyrics on screen one syllable at a time as they are sung: captions have style presets, not animated typography. If karaoke lettering is the whole point of the video you want, use a lyric video tool.

How long can the song be?
Up to 100 MB of audio, which is a comfortable margin over a normal single. A ten-minute track works; it just has more shots in it and costs accordingly.
