VideoCue provides AI-powered video generation including script writing, voice synthesis, image generation, and assembly. Outputs are delivered as finished videos ready to publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other major channels, with optional subtitles, chapter markers, and platform metadata.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

You may not use the Service to produce content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights
• impersonates a real person without explicit consent
• contains sexual content involving minors
• promotes violence, harassment, or unlawful activity
• spreads deliberate misinformation about real events, elections, or public figures

You own the scripts, prompts, and source material you provide. You grant VideoCue a limited license to process and store this content as needed to run the Service.

Generated outputs (videos, audio, images) are yours to use commercially, subject to the underlying provider terms (ElevenLabs, Google Gemini). On the Free plan, exports include a VideoCue watermark.

Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or unintended likenesses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication. We require AI-generated content disclosure on supported platforms (e.g., YouTube's AI-disclosure flag) when you publish via VideoCue's integrations.

VideoCue's YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing via VideoCue's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Render queues, third-party model availability, and rate limits may affect generation time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes generated outputs and personal data subject to legal-retention requirements.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoCue's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
